*Please help us to keep our staff healthy so in turn we can keep your pets healthy*
From Tuesday 24th March all visits to any of our surgeries (even to collect drugs) are by appointment only.
Only one person should enter the surgery building for the appointment. Open surgeries will resume once the current pandemic is over. We are taking this measure to protect our staff and our clients.
We apologise for any inconvenience but hope you understand the reason is to have a predicable flow of people into the surgery at any point of the day.
If you are in isolation, have a new cough or a fever above 37.8 then we will need to ask you not to come into our practices. If your pet is sick please call for advice before making an appointment.
If you have an appointment already booked please call to change it with a member of our reception team.
Please make sure you wash your hands before you arrive, we have handwashing facilities available at both practices.
We would like to request that, unless there is good reason, pets are only accompanied by ONE owner. This is to reduce the likelihood of outbreak and then transmission of the virus amongst clients and staff.
Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any issues we are here to help, so please ask
When your pet has a bad eye, have you ever wondered why your vet performs certain examinations?
We have already had several cases of vomitting dogs and we want clients to be aware that if their dog is vomiting…
As we start the new year, it’s time to think about the waistlines and health of our pets
